What is Zone X? Zone VE? Zone AE?
FEMA has a new video explaining the different types of flood zones -- including the new "Coastal AE Zone." It's important to understand what kind of flood zone your potential new home is in. It will make a difference in whether you are required to pay for flood insurance, and how much.
