What makes this home special?
I think there's a lot to love about 7500 Promontory Ct. -- Location. Size. Convenience. Price! If you want to live near the beach, but don't want to pay beach-front prices, this very spacious townhome could be just the ticket. This home is just 1.6 miles from beautiful Carolina Beach, 8 miles from my favorite beach, Fort Fisher State Recreation Area, and only 25 minutes from Historic Downtown Wilmington NC.
What is your favorite feature?
I have several favorites. The vaulted ceilings -- over 18 feet -- add a lot of drama and a sense of spaciousness in the living room. The upstairs loft/bonus room also has surprisingly high ceilings, too -- over 11 ft.
The butler's pantry provides great extra storage and counter space. (It's perfect for a coffee bar, if you ask me!)
Then there's the separate office space upstairs, which has a wet bar and drinks fridge -- so convenient if you are working in the home office or using the loft as a game or TV room!
