This! ...With a Home Office, Near the Beach. Interview with the Agent.

 7500 Promontory Ct, Wilmington NC

Townhome:  3bed/2.5bath; 2,437 sq ft; 2-car garage

An interview with the listing agent, Mary Lynn Blake, of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage:

What makes this home special?

I think there's a lot to love about 7500 Promontory Ct. -- Location. Size. Convenience. Price!  If you want to live near the beach, but don't want to pay beach-front prices, this very spacious townhome could be just the ticket. This home is just 1.6 miles from beautiful Carolina Beach, 8 miles from my favorite beach, Fort Fisher State Recreation Area, and only 25 minutes from Historic Downtown Wilmington NC.

What is your favorite feature?

I have several favorites. The vaulted ceilings -- over 18 feet -- add a lot of drama and a sense of spaciousness in the living room. The upstairs loft/bonus room also has surprisingly high ceilings, too -- over 11 ft.

The butler's pantry provides great extra storage and counter space. (It's perfect for a coffee bar, if you ask me!)

Then there's the separate office space upstairs, which has a wet bar and drinks fridge -- so convenient if you are working in the home office or using the loft as a game or TV room!

What surprises most people about this property?

First, the location. I think the quiet community of Telfair Summit is a hidden gem, tucked away behind a small nature preserve.  A new homeowner might be excited to see deer crossing the backyard.

Folks also don't expect this home to be so large. From the outside, you wouldn't guess it's over 2,400 sq ft.  Downstairs is a formal dining room, living room, owner's suite and powder room.  Upstairs are 2 guest bedrooms, a full bath, a large bonus room/loft and a separate office space.

What will buyers appreciate most about 7500 Promontory?

Here are just a few things...  I see lots of buyers looking for the convenience of a ground-floor owner's suite, like this one; while the upstairs guest bedrooms and bonus room provide privacy for family and visitors. (And living this close to the beach, there's likely to be plenty of visitors!)

Of course, if you are working from home, the separate office space makes an ideal "Zoom Room."

Many buyers will also appreciate the easy life-style of an HOA that takes care of the lawn and exterior maintenance.

How do buyers learn more about this home?

I have a link here with details from the local Multiple Listing Service.    You can also ask your own real estate agent to schedule a showing.  Or just give me a call or send an email, of course.
